Week Four—Focus on: Playing to Your Strengths
Everyone has strengths—things they’re good at and that come naturally to them. And yet, many of us
spend more time trying to improve our weaknesses than excelling in these strengths. This is a
strategy sure to breed frustration if not outright disappointment. However, once you begin
spending more time doing what you enjoy and have an aptitude for, you’ll feel more fulfilled
and proud of yourself more often, and down on yourself less often.
